Dolphin is a constructing company with an experience of more than 24 years in the lining works for different applications such as mines, landfills, evaporation ponds, artificial lakes, water reservoirs, containments, the sealing of underground structures, & tunnels.
Dolphin has executed many major projects in Egypt, the Middle East and in some African countries where lining was required, including lining of open- earth reservoirs for water storage and wastewater treatment. Dolphin has also carried out several projects for the lining of major tunnels (underpasses) and for structural sealing and lining of basements and foundations for key major buildings in Egypt and in Abu Dhabi. When area sealing was required for the protection of roofs of major national buildings, such as the Cairo International Exhibition Halls, Dolphin was immediately called upon.

Dolphin is proud to present this technical manual on the lining technology. This manual emphasizes High Density polyethylene (HDPE) lining for open- earth reservoirs for environmental protection applications as well as water storage and conveyance.
